What data is collected
When you browse the site: this site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as a security and performance layer in front of the server. Cloudflare may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, and may set strictly necessary cookies related to security (e.g. bot protection). These are not used for advertising or tracking, and no analytics or marketing cookies are currently used on this site.
When you contact me: if you send an email to , I receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message. This is used only to respond to you, and is not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
Legal basis & retention
Technical/security data (via Cloudflare) is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (keeping the site secure and available). Contact emails are processed on the basis of your consent, given by voluntarily contacting me, and are kept only as long as needed to handle the correspondence. Newsletter subscriptions are also based on your consent, given when you sign up, and your email is kept for as long as you remain subscribed — you can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: if you sign up via the "Stay updated" form on the Contact page, your email address is collected and stored by Resend, the third-party service that sends the newsletter, on my behalf. It is used only to send you updates about new photos, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.
Third parties
This site uses Cloudflare (CDN & security) and, if you choose to subscribe, Resend (newsletter delivery). No data is sold or shared with advertisers. No third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) are currently installed.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data I hold about you (for example, past email correspondence). To exercise any of these rights, contact .

This policy may be updated as the site evolves (for example, if analytics are added in the future, this page will be updated first and a cookie consent banner will be added where required).

All photographs published on this website are the copyright of the site owner, unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright law. Copyright and ownership information is also embedded directly in each image's metadata (EXIF/IPTC).
Photographs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form — commercial or non-commercial — without prior written permission. This includes use on other websites, social media, print, or any other medium.
